Fe-based nanocrystalline alloys consisting of iron, silicon, boron, niobium, copper and other components. Cu and Nb containing iron-based amorphous alloy annealing above the crystallization temperature, will form a very fine grain structure, grain size 10-20 nm only, this amorphous alloy crystallization annealing specially formed the crystalline material is referred nanocrystalline alloy. Nanocrystalline Materials having excellent characteristics of high saturation magnetic flux density, high permeability, low coercivity, low loss and good stability, high strength and toughness and wear and corrosion and the like, as having the best performance at the price of the metal soft magnetic material nanocrystalline alloy material ratio, can replace silicon steel, ferrite and permalloy an ideal material for high-frequency transformers, transformers, inductance components.
